While you may use some section/features of the Platform without registering with us, to access the Zoomcar Host Services you will be required to register and create an account with us.

Thereafter, only by the Hosts and Lessees satisfying the applicable eligibility criteria (listed below) will be able to use the services subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
